Last week Tyler started Kindergarten. He was very excited to meet his new teacher Ms. Sturdivan. She is very nice and Tyler has a great class. His best buddy Casey is in his class. Starting on Monday Tyler will be taking the bus to and from school. He has already taken it home and loved it. Luckily, the bus stop is our drive way.
Tyler has been ready for school for a while now. He enjoys having planned things to do. He learns quick and we are excited for him!

We spent a week in Sunriver and had a great time! I played golf four straight days in a row. We play at a little course call Orion Greens. We play there every year because it is cheap. Now we found out that they sold the course and are going to build houses there. That means we need to find another course, but I don't think we are going to beat $11 for 9 holes.
We went to the pool everyday. Tyler enjoys playing in the pool. He wore a life jacket and was constantly doing cannon balls by me. He is signed up for swimming lessons again this August. Lauren enjoyed the water too. At first she wasn't too sure, but after a little while, she was fine.
Tyler was able to ride the pony Chancy. His favorite horse "Buddy" wasn't there this year.
The weather was great and this year they have added wireless Internet to the houses. Life sure is good in Sunriver.
Two days after Tyler's first bike accident where he almost knocked in his front tooth, he wrecked again, hitting the same tooth. It does appear now that the tooth is dead and will be coming out soon! He has a lot of scratches on his face as well. I will get a picture up of him. It looks like we are really bad parents.
Lauren is progressing quickly. Yesterday she said Da Da! It is very cute. I also put her to bed and she was crying so I went in there to check on her and she was standing up!! She now can pull herself up. This means I will have to lower her mattress in the crib.
She loves to learn new things. The neighbor girls teach her something new almost everyday. First it was waving. Then it was clapping. Now it is playing peek-a-boo!
This has been a fun week for us. Lauren is now 7 months and she has her first tooth and she is starting to crawl. She has a unique crawl. She switches from normal crawling position to bear crawl. It is pretty cute. I will get a picture posted on this site for that.
Yesterday, Tyler and his best buddy Casey were riding their bikes and they crashed into each other. I could hear Tyler crying and I ran over there and he had blood coming from his mouth. It looks like he might lose his big front tooth. He was pretty traumatized by the whole thing. He fell asleep at 8:00 PM and slept until 9:00 AM. He usually sleeps well when he gets injured.
Kids are great!
