The kids really enjoy playing the Wii Fit. There are lot's of games to play, but you can also do exercises and yoga. Tyler likes to do the "plank" exercise which makes you hold in push up position for a while. The key is to hold your balance and not shake too much! On the screen is a small cirlce and you have to keep a small red dot inside the cirlce.
I know that Dave, Joey and Martin could not do it because they would shake way too much!!!
I haven't tried anything on the Wii yet, but I hear it gives you quite the workout. I can't believe how big your kiddos are getting! SO CUTE! Love the post of Lauren's self portraits. Yep, she's an Anderson!!
ReplyDeleteAh! I just saw your blog! Your family has gotten even cuter since the last time we saw ya'll. We got sold on the Wii when we played it at a party one night. I was so not into video games and stuff but it is actually really fun!
